Making everything possible, our dedicated managers and back of house team are busy organising and overseeing. They are here to help you with enquiries and make sure the rest home runs efficiently.
Having worked in care and the telecom sector for over 15 years, Sasi and Sai have reached a stage in their life where they want to make a real difference to the society, we live in. They believe passionately in the importance and value of the service we provide to older people and frail members of our community, so have dedicated the last 12 years establishing care homes and most recently home care too.
Elaine has been working in care for over 25 years, she aims to provide high standards of holistic person-centered care with a compassionate and caring approach. our residents are at the heart of everything we do for them to feel at home and to have the very best experience that they can. She strive for staff to enjoy being at work and to be a part of caring for our residents as if they were our own families.
Kaytie has been in the care industry for more than 15 years – Kaytie has her NVQ3 in health and social care. Kaytie is recognised as a dementia friend through training She is enthusiastic and approachable with an infectious smile and a sunny disposition! She sets a fantastic example for everyone at home with her hands-on approach.

Shbiy is a trained nurse from India and is one of our senior care assistants, Shiby joined Hillyfield in 2021, as a senior care assistant Shiby is responsible for leading the shift and administering medication.
Jinet is a trained nurse from India and joined Hillyfield in 2021, as a senior care assistant Jinet is responsible for leading the shift and administering medication.
Tina has worked in care for more than 15 years, Tina has experience in elderly and dementia care.
Becky has worked in care for 9 years, Becky has worked previously in a local hospice and has experience with palliative care and experience with dementia care.
Flo has worked in care for 15 years, Flo has experience with elderly and dementia care.
Preparing nutritious and delicious food, our kitchen team are proud to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. With a 5 star Food Standards Agency rating, your relatives can look forward to meals prepared by well trained staff.
Steph has worked in care homes since 2018 as a cook/care assistant and has been at Hillyfield as our full-time cook since 2022. Steph loves baking cakes for the residents as well as trying new and exciting recipes, Steph enjoys cooking all homemade meals to the resident’s requirements.
Nellie is our part-time cook at Hillyfield, Nellie has been at Hillyfield since it first opened as a care home. Nellie enjoys cooking all meals home made and cooks a great Sunday roast dinner.
